Анотація. У статті
розглянуто питання якості м’яса свиней миргородської породи як за
чистопородного розведення, так і схрещування чи гібридизації з тваринами
різного напряму продуктивності. Проаналізовані результати власних досліджень та
ряду інших авторів вказують на високу енергетичну поживність м’яса свиней
миргородської породи, високий вміст жиру та втрати при кулінарній обробці за
нижчої ніжності та інтенсивності забарвлення, порівняно із помісними тваринами
чи спеціалізованими лініями м’ясного напряму продуктивності.

Abstract. The
article is sanctified to consideration of question of quality of meat of pigs
of the Myrhorod breed as at of pure breed breeding, so crossing and
hybridization with the animals of different direction of the productivity. The
brought results over of estimation of muscular fabric of pigs of the Myrhorod
breed on physical and chemical indexes do not ground to assert the animals of
this breed about unique biological features. The results of own researches and
row of other authors specify on the high power food value of meat of pigs of
the Myrhorod breed, high maintenance of fat at considerable losses during
culinary treatment, more subzero tenderness and intensity of painting of meat,
comparatively with помесными by the animal or specialized lines of meat
direction of the productivity.

КОЗИРЬ В. Характеристика яловичини м’ясних,
комбінованих і молочних порід худоби
Анотація. Проведена
порівняльна оцінка яловичини у міжпородному і віковому аспекті тварин.
Визначена конкретна різниця якісних показників яловичини м’ясних, комбінованих
і молочних порід, вирощених у степовій зоні України та бажані строки їх забою.
Доведено, що всі вони можуть бути вагомим джерелом якісного м’яса на споживчому
ринку.

Abstract. Is
carried out comparative of the estimation of beef in the crossbreeding and
age-qualification aspect of the bull calves of the butcher shops of bright
Acquitanian, Santa-Gertrude and Aberdeen-Angusskoy the species, combined by the
Simmenthal and gray Ukrainian of species and milk Ukrainian black-mottled species.
Is determined the concrete difference of the quality indicators of the meat of
animals, grown under the conditions of the dry hot climate of the steppe zone
of the Ukraine and the periods of their slaughter. It is proven that the bull
calves of all dilute in Dnepropetrovsk region species of cattle can be the
weight source of qualitative meat on the consumer market.

розторопші плямистої на зрошувальних землях півдня України
Анотація. У статті
наведено результати досліджень з розторопшею при вирощуванні на зрошуваних
землях півдня України. Встановлена динаміка врожайності зеленої маси залежно
від досліджуваних факторів. Доведена ефективність використання оранки на
глибину 20-22 см,
сівби з міжряддями 60 см
наприкінці березня та винесення мінеральних добрив дозою N90P90.

Abstract. USHKARENKO
V.A., ADAMEN F.F., FILIPOVA I.M. Productivity of green mass of the Sіlybum
marіanum at growing on the irrigated lands of the South Ukraine
In the article the results of researches are resulted at Sіlybum marіanum
at growing on the irrigated earths of south of Ukraine. The dynamics of the
productivity green mass depending on the explored factors is set. Efficiency of
the use of ploughing on a depth is proved 20-22 cm, sowing with spaces
between rows 60 cm
at the end of March and taking away of mineral fertilizers by the dose N90P90.

можливість застосування нутрицевтиків для покращення виробництва екологічно
чистої продукції тваринництва.

Abstract. We
studied the possibility of using nutricevtics to improve the production of
environmentally friendly products of animal husbandry. The current trend in the
world of eating only ecological products and non-use of chemicals in the
production of meat. We proposed functional foods (nutricevtics) for the
effective management of organic farming. To growth promotion of the animal may
be a natural way using:
- Phitogeniks - contain essential oils, improve the appetite of animals,
excreted toxins, strengthen the immune system;
- Nutricevtics - improve digestion and assimilation of nutrients feed, make
up for shortfalls and balance diet. It corrected the metabolic processes in the
animal body and is important for therapeutic and prophylactic feeding. Only in
the transition to an innovative model of enterprise development of livestock
industry, the construction of new diets based on natural ingredients of plant
origin and nutricevtics, use phitogeniks instead of antibiotics, antiseptics,
anti-parasitic and anti-fungal agents, disinfectants, - perhaps the production
of valuable organic products that use safe and useful .
