Анотація. Дослідженнями встановлено фонові рівні вмісту кадмію, міді, свинцю, ртуті та цинку в кормах для курей несучок. Експериментально доведено властивості зазначених елементів накопичуватись в органах і тканинах, яйці продуктивної птиці.

ШКУРКО Т. Продуктивне використання корів
Анотація. Розроблено коефіцієнт ефективності продуктивного використання корів для оцінки тварин залежно від тривалості господарського використання та пожиттєвої продуктивності. Даний коефіцієнт можна застосовувати не лише для визначення доцільності використання корів у основному стаді, але й для оцінки нащадків плідників різної лінійної належності.

Determination of economic efficiency of the productive use of cows. SHKURKO T.P.
Abstract. With the use of the developed coefficient of efficiency of the productive use of cows the conducted estimation of animals depending on duration of the economic use that long-time productivity. This coefficient can be applied not only for determination of expedience of the use of cows in a basic herd but also for estimation of descendants of breeder of a different linear belonging.

ЯРЕМЧУК О. Біоферментація відходів сільгосппідприємств за анаеробних умов
Анотація. Встановлено, що мезофільний режим, анаеробні умови та тривалий процес біоферментації розбавленого посліду курок-несучок не забезпечують одержання продуктів переробки, безпечних у санітарно-гігієнічному відношенні, що передбачає їх попередню обробку шляхом аеробно-термофільної стабілізації біомаси.

Abstract. Established that the mode of mesophilic anaerobic conditions and lengthy process biofermentatsiyi diluted manure laying hens do not provide reception processed products, safe in the sanitary and hygienic attitude, providing them preliminary treatment by aerobic-thermophilic stabilization of biomass.

Анотація. Проаналізовано вплив інбридингу на основні господарськи корисні ознаки, корів молочного напряму продуктивності, розраховано коефіцієнт регресії рівня інбредності тварин на основі селекційних ознак.

ПАВЛЕНКО О., БІРЮКОВА О. Генетичні аспекти резистентності молочної худоби
Анотація. Вивчено захворюваність та основні хвороби високопродуктивного поголів’я молочної худоби. Встановлено, що в певних жіночих родинах захворюваність вірогідно менша, ніж середня по стаду (p<0,001), що робить їх перспективними для селекції на резистентність. Визначено, що бугаї-плідники вірогідно розрізняються за схильністю їхніх дочок до маститів (p<0,05), тоді як інші захворювання вражають дійних корів незалежно від спадковості того чи іншого плідника.

Genetic aspects of dairy cattle’s disease resistance. PAVLENKO O.K., BIRUKOVA O.D.
Abstract. The incidence of main diseases in high-productive dairy cattle was analyzed. It has been found that the total incidence depend on some female blood lines within the herd (p<0,001). These special female blood lines are perspective to genetic selection. It has also been shown in the work that some AI-sires had their daughters more resistant to mastitis then the others (p<0,05). At the same time the incidence of diseases other than mastitis was the same in the progeny groups of all AI-sires within the herd.

Анотація. Висвітлено сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку симентальської породи ВРХ в Європі та світі. Показано, що найближчим часом ця худоба буде поширюватись на всіх континентах завдяки високому потенціалу молочної і м’ясної продуктивності. Комбінована молочно-м’ясна продуктивність сименталів у багатьох випадках економічно вигідна альтернатива суто спеціалізованим породам великої рогатої худоби.

SIMMENTAL’SKIY CATTLE is BREED of WORLD VALUE
Abstract. The article is devoted to modern condition and prospects of development of cattle Simmental breed in Europe and the world in General. It is shown that in the near term, this breed will strengthen its spread to all continents of the world because of the high potential of dairy production on average 6000 kg of milk with a fat content of 4% and protein - 3,4%, and meat productivity. When normalized feeding daily average gain of live weight exceed 2 kg. Combined dairy and meat productivity siмmental in many cases is a cost-effective alternative to the specialized milk productivity.

ЛЯДСЬКИЙ І. Зв’язок поліморфізмів генів ctsl та mc4r з продуктивними якостями свиней великої білої породи
Анотація. Розглянуто особливості алелофонду генів ctsl та mc4r в різних популяціях свиней великої білої породи, проведено аналіз частот та розповсюдження різних генотипів. Вивчено зв’язок g.143C>T поліморфізму гена ctsl та g.1426G>A поліморфізму гена mc4r з відгодівельними та м’ясними якостями. Встановлено достовірні відмінності (P <0.05) за деякими з досліджених ознак.

Association of polymorphisms of gene ctsl and mc4r with the productive qualities of pigs of the Large White breed. LYADSKIY Igor K., research worker, Institute of Pig Breeding and agroindustrial production of NAAS of Ukraine
Abstract. In the article it is considered peculiarities of the allelofund of gene ctsl and mc4r in different populations of pigs of the Large White breed, it was carried out the analysis of frequencies and distribution of different genotypes. It has been studied the association g.143C>T polymorphism of gene ctsl and g.1426G>A polymorphism of gene mc4r with fattening and meat qualities. Reliable differences (P< 0.05) for some of researched sings were determined.

ЧЕРЕМИСОВА О., КРАМАР Н. Ранній онтогенез телиць та їх молочна продуктивність
Анотація. Наведено дані щодо впливу ознак раннього онтогенезу на формування і молочну продуктивність корів різних генотипів. Встановлено, що із збільшенням частки кровності голштинської породи у телиць сила впливу ознак раннього онтогенезу на ріст і розвиток тварин та їх молочну продуктивність зменшувалась.

АЙШПУР О., ТАРАСОВ О., НИЧИК С. Стрептококоз – проблема сучасного свинарства
Анотація. Streptococcus suis – збудник ряду захворювань свиней серед яких найбільш небезпечні менінгіти, артрити, септицемія та бронхопневмонія. Стрептококоз свиней відноситься до хвороб, які завдають значних економічних збитків свинарству України. Інфекція спричинена Streptococcus suis тип 2 не завжди правильно розпізнається лікарями практичної ветеринарної медицини у зв’язку з недостатньою інформованістю про ознаки та перебіг хвороби. У статті викладений матеріал, який допоможе фахівцям своєчасно розпізнати симптоми стрептококозу та вжити заходи для профілактики та лікування.

Abstract. Streptococcus suis causes numerous diseases in pigs, most importantly, meningitis, arthritis, septicemia, and bronchopneumonia. Streptococcosis of pigs behaves to diseases which inflict considerable economic losses the pork production of Ukraine. An infection is caused Streptococcus suis type 2 not always correctly recognized the doctors of practical veterinary medicine in connection with the insufficient being informed about signs and flow of illness. In the article the expounded material which will help specialists in good time to recognize streptococcosis symptoms and to take measures on a prophylaxis and treatment.

Анотація. Досліджено використання у відгодівлі свиней соєвих кормів. Встановлено їх позитивний вплив на формування м’ясо-сального типу свиней (індекс збитості – 87,9-92,3%), та енергію росту, ощадливість використання, покращення м’ясних якостей.

Abstract. Researches are conducted on the use in feeding of pigs of soy-bean forage. Determined that the data feed positively influence the formation of greasy meat-type pigs (index blockiness - 87,9-92,3%), promote energy growth, more economic use of feed, improving the meat quality, thick bacon.
