ШЕВЧУК Т., КИРИЛІВ Я. Утримання самок сріблясто-чорних та білих лисів у будиночках різних конструкцій
Анотація. Досліджено репродуктивні показники самок сріблясто-чорних і білих лисів, яких утримували у клітках із родильними будиночками різних конструкцій. Установлено, що тварини білого кольорового типу мали вищі відтворні властивості за їх знаходження у більших за габаритами будиночках.

Abstract. Article dedication to the study of reproductive performance of female silver and black and white foxes, which were kept in cages with maternity houses of various designs. It is established that animals white color type had higher reproductive properties by keeping them in larger houses in size.

ПАТРЄВА Л. Яйцева продуктивність перепелів при застосуванні наносрібла
Анотація. Представлено результати досліджень щодо впливу срібловмісного препарату «Аргенвіт» на основні показники продуктивністі перепелів. Встановлено, що застосування наносрібла при експлуатації промислового стада перепілок-несучок сприяє підвищенню збереженості поголів’я і яйцевої продуктивності.

Egg productivity of quail using nanosilver. L. PATREVA , V. GROZA (Mykolayiv state agrarian university).
Abstract. The results of studies on the effect of silver containing preparation «Argenvit» on the main indicators of productivity quail are presented. It is established that the use of nanosilver in the operation of industrial herd quail-layers promotes increase the safety of poultry stock and egg production.

ПЛЕМРОБОТА ТА ВІДТВОРЕННЯ СТАДА
ПРИШЕДЬКО В. Вікова динаміка спермопродуктивності голштинів за стресостійкістю
Анотація. Наведено результати досліджень вікової динаміки спермопродуктивності бугаїв-плідників залежно від типу їх стресостійкості. Установлено, що високостресостійкі бугаї раніше досягали високих показників спермопродукції і переважали тварин протилежного типу за кількістю і якістю отриманої сперми у віці 12-24 міс. та 5-річному віці, відповідно: на 12,09-83,72% (Р>0,95) та 9,71-80,46% (Р>0,95-0,99). З’ясовано, що з підвищенням типу стресостійкості бугаїв-плідників поліпшуються кількісні і якісні показники їх спермопродукції.

Abstract. Results over of researches of age-old dynamics of sperm productivity oxen-inseminators are
brought depending on to the type them stress resistance. Set, that high level of stress resistance bulls before arrived at the high indexes of sperm productivity and prevailed the animals of opposite type after an amount and quality of the got sperm in age 12-24 months and 5-years-old age, accordingly: on 12,09…83,72% (Р>0,95) and 9,71…80,46% (Р>0,95…0,99). It is found out, that with the increase of type of stress resistance oxen-inseminators quantitative and high-quality indexes get better them sperm.

Анотація. Наведено результати досліджень показників біоконверсії поживних речовин корму в
поживні речовини м›яса 15-місячних бугайців молочних та комбінованих порід в умовах західного регіону України. Встановлено, що використання тваринами поживних речовин корму певною мірою залежить від їх породної належності.

Bioconversion of food nutrient into meat nutrient of bulls of dairy and combined breeds. VITALIY V. FEDOROVYCH, NATALYA P. BABIK (Institute of Animal Biology NAAS, Lviv).
Abstract. There were shown the results of researches according to the data of bioconvesion of food nutrient into meat nutrient of 15-months bulls of dairy and combined breeds in the western region of Ukraine. It was established that the food nutrient usage depends on their breed to a certain extent.

Анотація. Наведено матеріал оцінки технологічних якостей туш молодняку різних груп за стресостійкістю при розподілі за критерієм стресочутливості, розраховано втрати маси туш при їх охолодженні. Встановлено рівень варіювання ознак та коефіцієнти фенотипової консолідації різних груп розподілу тварин за стресостійкістю.

The technologic qualities of pig carcass of different groups of distribution stress. O.M. ZHUKORSKIY, O.M. TSERENYUK
Abstract. The materials evaluation technological qualities of pig’s carcasses of different groups on stress distribution under the stress criterion. Based on absolute indicator losses of mass of carcasses are at their cooling are calculated. The levels of variation of the main signs of different groups under stress distribution are found.

УХОВСЬКИЙ В., МУЗИКІНА Л., ГАЛКА І., СПИРИДОНОВ В. Полімеразна ланцюгова реакція для виявлення ДНК патогенних лептоспір
Анотація. Наведено результати розробки та валідації методики полімеразної ланцюгової реакції у режимі реального часу для детекції ДНК патогенних лептоспір за міжнародними вимогами. Встановлено, що розроблена праймерна система проявляє виражену гібридизаційну активність по відношенню до ДНК-матриці при 45ºС з концентрацією іонів магнію у реакційній суміші 1,5 мМ/мкл. Представлені показники визначення чутливості, межі виявлення та специфічності методики, які свідчать про можливість її застосування з метою виявлення ДНК патогенних лептоспір при діагностиці лептоспірозу в господарствах України.

Abstract. The results of the development and validation of the method of PCR real-time for detection DNA of pathogenic leptospira by international guidelines. It was established that the developed primer hybridization system shows pronounced activity against DNA template at 45ºС the concentration of magnesium ions in the reaction mixture of 1,5 mM/microliter. Presented parameters determine the sensitivity, specificity and limits of detection techniques that suggest the possibility of its use to detect DNA of pathogenic leptospira in the diagnosis of leptospirosis in farms Ukraine.

Анотація. Наведено результати досліджень щодо можливості переходу сальмонели з контамінованих яєць на картонні лотки з подальшою передачею збудника на наступні партії яєць у разі повторного використання тари. Проаналізовано фактори, які можуть сприяти міграції сальмонели.

Abstract. The article presents the results of research into the possibility of transition from Salmonella contaminated eggs in cardboard trays and transmission of the pathogen the next batch of eggs in case of reuse container. Factors that may contribute to the migration of Salmonella namely: a high concentration of the pathogen, existing on the surface of the egg (or trays for storage and transport of eggs), and higher storage temperature 9ºS. Recommended cardboard packaging for egg used once.

БІТЛЯН О., КОНКС Т. Вплив преміксів на забійні і м'ясні якості свиней
Анотація. Наведені результати дії преміксів різної концентрації на показники забою і м’ясні якості свиней. Встановлено, що технологічні властивості преміксів з різними солями мікроелементів не чинили негативного впливу на якість свинини. Найкращі забійні якості мали тварини третьої дослідної групи, які отримували в раціоні премікс з вуглекислими солями мікроелементів.

Abstract. It is given results relatively to the effect of premixes of different concentration on indexes of the slaughter of pigs and meat qualities of pigs. It was determined that technological propertiesof premixes with different salts of microelements didn’t act as the negative influence on pork quality.

КОВАЛЕНКО В., ЯМЦУН Т., РОЗУМНЮК А. Неспецифічна резистентність поросят під дією препарату «Арселан»
Анотація. Досліджено зміни показників бактерицидної та лізоцимної активності сироватки крові поросят, у результаті застосування імуномодулюючого препарату «Арселан». Останній сприяє підвищенню неспецифічної резистентності та стресостійкості, про що свідчить підвищення показників фагоцитарної активності нейтрофілів крові, фагоцитарного індексу і фагоцитарного числа, порівняно з контролем.

Abstract. The article shows the changes of indicators of bactericidal and lisozyme activity of pigs blood
serum, as a result of the application of immunomodulator "Arselan". This drug improves indices of nonspecific resistance and stress, as evidenced by the increase in phagocytic activity indicators neutrophils, phagocytic index , phagocytic number compared with control.
